While fans continue to wait for his next album, 1992, to arrive, The Game is already preparing to reveal a new project: a short film on his home.

Jayceon has signed on to front the A&E Network’s upcoming show, Streets of Compton. A three-part docu-series, episodes will air June 9th (parts one and two) and June 16th (part three) at 10pm EST/PST. Streets Of Compton will discuss the history of Hub City, and will feature interviews and appearances from the likes of Lil Eazy-E (son of Eric Wright), N.W.A’s DJ Yella and Arabian Prince, MC Eiht, AD, and Problem, as well as The Game’s mother Lynette Baker, father G.A. Taylor and manager Cash Jones. Even Venus and Serena Williams’ father Richard Williams and former Black Panther Robert Johnson make appearances.

Accompanying the documentary will be a compilation soundtrack album of the same name. That album will be released June 17th, while the first single — the Problem- and Boogie-guested “Roped Off” — was dropped previously.
