Chauncy Sherod – “King”

blame it on Patrick Glynn May 31, 2016

With the output of “Warms the Soul II” and tracks that preceded it, Chauncy Sherod consistently leaves listeners wanting more — both in actual track length and in content.

While Sherod’s deeply soulful, tangible, screeching vocals have been scattered over the last five years on tracks with Statik Selektah, Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson and more, hopefully the release of his new song, “King,” shows a signs of a heavier dose of the New York native over the last half of the year.

The song is produced by Sean C & LV, whom Sherod worked with on his last bit of original content — “Ghetto Boys & Girls.” Listen to “King” below.
