Knox Brown is a singer from London, and Anderson .Paak is a singer from California. Though 5,000 miles apart from each other growing up, the two have found themselves working together on “No Slaves,” a single off Brown’s upcoming Searching EP. And despite growing up so far from each other, the two have experienced similar bouts of oppression, self-doubt and a desire for freedom —whether it be in their life at home, in public or, in the case of “No Slaves,” at work, where they, as artists need to be free rather than slaves to the system.
Stream “No Slaves” below, and pre-order Knox Brown’s Searching EP, which is set to land August 5, on iTunes.
