Over the past half a year, the duo of Killer Mike and El-P have sporadically offered updates of their third Run The Jewels project.
Between snippets and an interview on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show, Mike and P have made it clear they want to release Run The Jewels 3 by the end of the year.
In a recent interview, Killer Mike delivered some news that helps support that wish.
“I’d like to be finished by July 7th, I’d like to ball out on the 4th,” he said in an interview with HipHopWired. “I think we will be done soon; we want it out this year.”
You know we’re going zany. We’re going hard. We’re going dark. We’re going hard,” Mike continued. “Man, We’re going hard. I think we have some stuff that will touch your soul.”
