DJ Khaled has developed himself into an enigma.
He’s always been one of hip-hop’s most eccentric and personable DJs, but over the last year, he’s blown himself up to be notable amongst fans of rap old and new via Snapchat, where he’s tried to spread words of wisdom, a.k.a. “major keys.”
With his next album named after said mantra, Khaled shared the artwork for Major Key on Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show, and it features a god damn lion, representing the lion statue in his backyard he always praises on Snapchat.
“For Free” with Drake was the first single from the album, with “I Got The Keys” featuring JAY Z and Future waiting in the on-deck circle.
For the time being, you can check out the artwork above.
UPDATE: Khaled’s new album finally has a release date: July 29th. Pre-orders go live on Sunday night — right after the long-awaited premiere of “I Got The Keys” with Jay Z and Future.
