Always outspoken, New Orleans rapper Dee-1 has never been one to hold his tongue. And given the current climate of his home state of Louisiana, in which (yet another) Black person was brutally gunned down by police officers, he could not sit idly by while the racial tension remains as thick as ever.
Instead, Dee has now released a new project, Slingshot David. Led by the previously-released “Against Us” and “We Are The Undefeated,” the 16-track release features contributions from the likes of Big K.R.I.T, Stalley, Don Trip, and more.
