PJ – “Come Down” f. Ty Dolla $ign

blame it on Patrick Glynn July 8, 2016

PJ has ran through a decent list of features over the last year (thanks in part to her affiliation with Hit-Boy’s HS87 crew) from Lupe Fiasco to K Camp to Hit-boy himself. Today, the North Carolina singer adds another to the list with Ty Dolla $ign, whom she recruits for “Come Down.”

The song revolves around the cliché “it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the fight in the dog,” and within the first minute, you can grasp the song’s aim for mainstream radio. But nevertheless, the two mesh well — no matter how generic the content — just as the did on Ty$’s “Finale.”

Press play on “Come Down” below, which will land on her debut album, Rare, out next Friday.
