It’s been three years since Ace Hood‘s last studio album, Trials & Tribulation, which featured the largest single of his career with “Bugatti.”

Since then, the Port St. Lucie rapper has shared part three of his Body Bag mixtape series as well as part three and four of Starvation. While it may difficult to be the most popular artist surrounding We The Best nowadays (thanks to DJ Khaled’s keys), Ace Hood certainly can make a name for himself as the best of We The Best with his new mixtape, StarVation 5.

Pre-drop, Ace shared vicious bangers with “4th Quarter” and “Go Mode” featuring Rick Ross as well as the contrasting “Father’s Day,” where he lay bare his emotional side while reviewing himself as a father.

Across the rest of the tape, Ace Hood brings features from Fabolous and Bruno Mali, and he gets assists on production from London On Da Track, Scott Styles, The Mekanics and more.
