According to Stones Throw, Mndsgn will release an album by the end of the year, which is good news given his last project dropped two years ago.
In the meantime, the Cali-bred producer offers “Ya Own Way,” a routinely soothing experience. The song is backed by airy synthesizers and guitar samples as the lyrics preach figuring life out on your own, because sometimes doing it that way makes for becoming a better person.
