You out them in front of a microphone on the radio for 30 minutes, and they can nearly tear down your whole operation in the best way possible.
Rae Sremmurd — the duo of Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi — took to The Breakfast Club airwaves this morning for an interview, and three minutes in, DJ Envy was already telling the two (namely Jxmmi) they couldn’t curse as much as they were.
Why exactly were they cursing so much?
Well, the beginning of the interview was dominated by random tour talk, which, if you’re as young and rich and Rae Sremmurd are, consists of some raunchy late-night hotel meetings and Uber rides. (Yes, Uber rides. Bless these two.)
The rest of the conversation consisted of what they youngins spend all the money from their platinum-selling debut album on — and if you’re Slim Jxmmi, it’s Gucci fur and ski goggles — their upcoming album (planned to drop August 12) and more.
