Connecticut-based rapper Future Allah adds on to the intense summer heat with his latest video, “Call Me Papi,” produced by Flex Beats.
Although the song comes with a catchy chorus, boom-bap connoisseurs may have a hard time digesting the materialistic nature of the song, with references to “stacking your paper, flexing, and reminding those around you about how you’re living.” Regardless of the temporal nature of the song, it is surely destined for mainstream radio, and if not that, at least local radio.
