For the majority of 2016, Brownsville’s best kept secret, Kaseem Ryan aka Ka has been pretty silent, music wise.
Outside of releasing his Superfly maxi-single back in January, which included “30 Keys” and “Grapes of Wrath,” the part-time NYC firefighter has been quietly working on an entire new project, which follows up on his Days With Dr. Yen Lo collaboration with producer Preservation.
Today, the usually reclusive emcee delivered his newest project, Honor Killed the Samurai much to the surprise of fans, which is accompanied by an animated visual for “Just,” directed by Kyle Samuels. Check it out up top.
