Ahead of dropping his Trap House Jodeci album tomorrow, Ye Ali shares two songs from the project, “Oceans” and “What To Do” featuring K Camp.

Both songs are produced by Bizness Boi and Th3ory (with additional work from Prep Bijan and Cardiak), but the two end with contrasting sounds while staying true to the trap-R&B combo.

“Oceans” trends more toward the loving and intimate side of the genre — he sings “I want to get swept up by your ocean” over ambient production featuring strong, uptempo drums — but then he and K Camp get overzealous with their riches and confidence on “What To Do.”

Speaking of K Camp, the native shared the artwork and tracklist for his upcoming Lyric Ave EP, dropping September 2nd.

“I have always dreamed about being able to come to L.A. and bring my whole team with me, so when I felt like it was time to change locations and catch some new vibes, that’s what I did,” K Camp said in a statement. “I recorded the whole EP in my house on Lyric Ave. This is the evolution of me, my career, and my music. We’ve been having the craziest parties on Lyric, and this is where I’m vibin’ right now so I wanted my fans to see it, hear it and feel it.”
