De La Soul will drop their crowd-funded and the Anonymous Nobody… album tonight.
The project stands at 17 songs and is littered with stellar features: Snoop Dogg (“Pain“), Jill Scott, Usher (“Greyhounds“), Little Dragon (“Drawn“), Estelle, Pete Rock, Damon Albarn and many more.
But one we’re most excited for comes in the form of one of the hottest rappers in 2016 so far — 2 Chainz.
Tauheed lands on “Whoodeeni,” and he used a minute and a half of the production in the middle of the song to prove his standing amongst elite rappers this year telling old street stories before sliding into his confident and braggadocios rhymes.
