The year is 1998. “Payola” is invented when Interscope Records paid a radio station in Portland to play a Limp Bizkit multiple times (that must have worked out super well for the group). N*SYNC bursts onto the music scene with the release of their self-titled debut album. And N.O.R.E. was about to break out on his own as a viable solo artist.

Known as Noreaga at the time, the Queens rapper was prepping to release his solo debut N.O.R.E. During that run, he and Mussolini stopped by Tim Westwood and traded bars over various West Coast backdrops. Take it back to the days of the Nintendo 64 below.
