Luke Cage, the third show in Marvel’s The Defenders series, hasn’t even made its way to Netflix yet (that happens on September 30th), yet it’s already cementing itself as the most hip hop-oriented program that Marvel has ever done.

They continue to explore those sensibilities in a new vignette which discusses the music throughout the show (following an in-depth look at the score from series composers Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad).

In it Younge, Muhammad, A$AP Ferg, Method Man and others discuss how each episode is shaped by its score and musical influence.
