NorCal Nick has been spending a little bit of time away from the home he represents in his name — Northern California — with stops in Texas and New York over the last couple years. But he’s packing up and heading back to the land of redwoods, prestigious colleges and the most hated basketball team in Patrick’s eyes on his new song “Home.”
The song plays out as if Nick had been taking a years-long vacation, as he and Rav.P — who he linked with last month on “Temporary” — paint the scenes of their respective homes in Northern California. Nick and Rav add a layer of light autotune to their voices, adding to the lackadaisical and lighthearted nature of the trip back home.
