BANKS‘ traditional album roll out (it seems we’re shying away from the surprise releases and back to a routine dose of singles and videos) continues with her next album’s fourth single, “To The Hilt.”
The song is her most tender effort yet, pushing deeper into the stories of heartbreak she introduced on the first three singles. “Hated you for leaving me; you were my muse for so long,” she sings on the chorus as a piano leads her vocals through the four-and-a-half minutes of pain and honesty.
“To The Hilt” follows “Gemini Feed,” “Fuck With Myself” and “Mind Games.”
