Earlier this month, we formally introduced the denizens of the DopeHouse to 19-year old buzzing Chicago artist Max Wonders, who delivered his powerful, Kembe X-assisted single “Go Home,” which also featured the track’s producer, Daniel Hex.

Yesterday, Sept. 16th, Max celebrated his born-day with the premiere of his new album, Hues To Blame — dubbed a “coming-of-age-story” which celebrates and embraces the beauty in youth.

Max revealed to FADER:

“The project goes through a search for youth in many ways, whether it be love, religion, imagination, anger, reminiscing, happiness, unconventional ways. It’s really a story of a kid finding their way home. Home is youth, home is Heaven, home is finding yourself. Home is all and nothing. All that you love is pivotal in the story.”
