Virginia native D.R.A.M. has had quite the rise.

He first burst onto the music scene with “Cha Cha,” which got so big, Nintendo took notice and forced him to take the Super Mario Bros. sample out of the song. But that didn’t stop it from becoming one of the most buzzworthy tunes in the country.

He followed that success with the Gahdamn! EP at the end of 2015, then a couple months later proved he could repeat and top the success of “Cha Cha” with “Broccoli,” which has reached has high as No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on the Rap/R&B charts.

All this has culminated for perfect timing to drop a new project while the buzz is still blazing.

D.R.A.M. will drop Big Baby D.R.A.M., his debut album, October 21.

While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, we can assume safely “Broccoli” will headline the tracklist with recent singles “Cute” and “Cash Machine” dropping by, too.
