IshDARR is releasing his sophomore album Broken Hearts & Bankrolls this Friday. And instead of offering yet another song from the tracklist (he’s dropped about five of the already), the Milwaukee representative remixes The Weeknd’s “Starboy” on “NINEFIFTIES.”
Instead of just spitting over the original Daft Punk-produced instrumental, IshDARR seemingly took stems from the song and used the piano chords to highlight the motivational moods of the beat.
Hungry as ever with a new album coming out, he just wants you to make sure he’s appreciating his success. After all, his Yeezy 950s look better than your church shoes do.
