Seattle’s iLL Chris has consistently put out banger after banger for the better half of 2016, starting with “Look At My Stats,” and following it up with “Eurostep,” “Pull Up” and “Numbers,” and capping off a long-winded promo run with his Metro Boomin-produced single “Gravel.”
The string of releases has led up to Chris’ latest project, Honor Thy Father — a leviathan of an album that is centered around the eclectic culture and landscape of his homes state and infused with the 808-heavy laden trap sounds which have since leveled the playing field of rap’s respective coasts.
