I’m really happy for Saba.

The Chicago native has assisted so many artists, both behind the boards and on the microphone, over the last two years since his introductory Comfort Zone mixtape.

Working with Chance the Rapper (“Angels”), Mick Jenkins, Eryn Allen Kane and others in the past, Saba now projects his own limelight and steps into it with Bucket List Project.

Across the album’s 13 songs, Saba calls on Noname (“Church/Liquor Store“), Jean Deaux, Joseph Chilliams (“Westside Bound 3“), Smino (“World In My Hands“) and others. He also gets a blessing from Twista, who added a verse to “GPS.”

Saba worked on nearly every beat on the project, which features production from Phoelix, Cam O’bi, Chilliams, Ken Ross and others.
