Nick Grant has kept releases consistent since his ’88 mixtape arrived in February (including the Biggie-inspired “Nobody,” which was nominated for Verse Of The Month in August). Over the weekend, he continued that consistency with A Seat At The Table Plus One, where he remixed four songs from Solange’s A Seat At The Table.
The Atlanta native picked “Cranes In The Sky,” “Don’t Touch My Hair,” “Mad” (which originally featured Lil Wayne) and “F.U.B.U.” to remix on the project. Grant starts rapping from the jump before letting the actual song play out for the final 30 to 45 seconds across all four remixes.
