With Soul On Ice: Revisited arriving later this month, Ras Kass revisits Intellectual Property: #S012 with a video for “Bishop.”
Inspired by Tupac’s pivotal role in the movie Juice, Kass unloads a series of ruthless bars about “not giving a f*ck” about social media, society as a whole, rack rappers and detractors in general. Bishop Lamont even makes a cameo throughout to help drive the point home.
Check it out above, and be on the lookout for Soul On Ice: Revisited on November 28th. The remastered version restores Ras’ critically acclaimed debut as it was originally intended before label politics got involved and altered the final release. Revisited also includes a 21-track bonus disc that features lost material and unreleased songs straight from the DAT masters.
