Next month, a documentary about the Roland TR-808 drum machine will arrive on Apple Music. It’ll features tons of artists who used the machine when it first arrived in the ’80s and those influenced by its sound.
Questlove, Pharrell, Afrika Bambaataa, Rick Rubin, David Guetta, Diplo, Lil Jon and others will appear in the documentary while Zane Lowe will narrate it.
