Bruno Mars dropped one gem of an album with 24K Magic. His third solo album is a combination of it is a throwback to soul and psychedelia, mixed with some New Jack Swing for kicks.
With the album blaring out of speakers across the globe, Bruno was profiled on CBS’ 60 Minutes yesterday (November 20th). In his sit-down with Lara Logan, Mars speaks on the trials and tribulations he went through (including a stint of homelessness), his Hawaiian upbringing, his unique talents (Mars plays nearly every instrument for his albums), and much more.
He also spoke on “Uptown Funk,” revealing that he rejected the song multiple times before he and Mark Ronson created a version that he was comfortable with… after a year.
