Pharrell’s next full body of work will come in the form of the soundtrack for the upcoming movie Hidden Figures — a biographical Disney film about NASA scientist Katherine Johnson and her fellow black colleagues who helped figure out flight trajectories for Apollo 11 and Project Mercury.
So far, Skateboard P has released “Runnin’,” Surrender” and “Crave” from the soundtrack, and with its December 9 release date creeping closer, he lets loose “I See A Victory,” which features Houston singer Kim Burrell.
The soulful and catchy song came along with a lyric video, which has new scenes from the movie, and you can watch it below.
The soundtrack will also feature music from Janelle Monáe, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and more. Pre-order it on iTunes.
