I just read this small profile of Russ in Forbes, and it revealed he makes $20,000 a show now. At the beginning of the year, he was opening up for less than a hundred people.
Russ’ music has recently moved from pleading that people are missing out on him to scoffing at the same people (the numbers above helped escalate the change), and “For The Stunt” encapsulates as much as any of his hundreds of singles over the last two years.
That song now has a video, where he walks around his old neighborhood donned in all white, in front of Bentleys and Rolls Royces and with a puppy in hand as he stunts. He actually put a billboard with his name on in Atlanta just for that extra touch.
