On a night dominated by new hip hop releases (J. Cole, Ab-Soul, CJ Fly, Tech N9ne, etc), The-Dream joins Lloyd to rep for the R&B crowd with his Love You To Death EP.

After kicking off 2016 with his Genesis project, Mr. Nash went back to daddy duties—only resurfacing to perform alongside Kanye West, Chance the Rapper and a host of others on Saturday Night Live. He added his voice and production talents to songs by Sevyn Streeter (“D4L“), Da Brat & Jermaine Dupri (“FU Pay Me“), SBTRKT (“Good Morning“), and Tinashe (“Superlove“).

Oh, and let’s not forget his contributions to some of the year’s biggest albums — including Kanye’s The Life Of Pablo, Beyonce’s Lemonade, Rihanna’s ANTI, and Solange’s A Seat At the Table.

Now, a week after revealing its existence, The-Dream is back with his second project of the year.

Locked in at five tracks, the precursor to his Love Affair album (which is looking at a March 24th release), LYTD includes records like “Rih-Flex” and “Lemon Lean.”
