Throughout the six-track EP (seven, if you include “The Love Interlude”), Love Is Not Lazy runs the gamut of social commentary (the aforementioned “Everything’s OK” and “Backyard”), arguing with his inner monologue (“Catch A Feeling”), and love (on the explosive single “The Rush”) — with the main narrative themed around just that: love.
