Monday night, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee had a segment delving into the surveillance state the United States has forced itself into. Correspondent Ashley Nicole Black took on the responsibility of figuring out how much Americans are being watched in a Mr. Robot-style spoof called “Ms. Robot.”

After pointing out the blacks and other minorities are (what a surprise) getting surveilled more frequently than whites, Black thought, “what’s the one thing white people love more than Mr. Robot?” Rap music, of course.

That’s where Talib Kweli comes in, remixing “Get By” to help put the surveillance state in perspective for white people. “Will somebody white please appropriate this track so this shit can get mentioned, please — it goes against the Fourth Amendment,” he closed the song.
