Isn’t this a pleasant surprise!
Out of literally nowhere, Chance The Rapper and Jeremih have teamed up to release a collaborative EP, Merry Christmas Lil’ Mama.
The nine-track project is steeped in holiday cheer, as the two bring a little bit of Chicago grooves to X-Mas, Kwanzaa and New Year’s Eve.
With everything from Jackson 5 interpolations to production from Zaytoven (the potential petty anthem “I Shoulda Left You”) to features from Noname and Hannibal Buress, the “Living Single” co-conspirators kickstart December 25th a few days early.
Started Merry Christmas Lil Mama Dec 6th. Thank you Hannibal Buress, Lud Foe, King Louie, Noname , CSick, Peter Cottontale & all who helped.
