Big Ghost LTD and the DopeHouse go way back, and he’s made his way from the comment section to the headlines before.
Last year, he was the architect for Westside Gunn and Conway’s Griselda Ghost project. Fast forward a year and he returns entirely producing another album, this time with Chicago veteran Vic Spencer.
Big Ghost and Vic keep largely to themselves over the 14 tracks of The Ghost of Living, though a bevy of features from Goose, D.Brash and others rain down on one song (“M.A.D.E. (Making A Difference Everyday)”). The project is full smoked-out, jazzy instrumentals that let Vic’s rapping and lyricism permeate in the forefront.
