While it has been on the air since July 2015 (and online soon after), North America will officially get episodes of Dragon Ball Super beginning January 7th, 2017 on Cartoon Network’s Toonami block.
The true sequel to Dragon Ball Z (let’s pretend that Dragon Ball GT doesn’t exist), a teaser for the upcoming show began airing throughout the X-Mas weekend. Watching it, however, revealed another pleasant surprise: Danny Brown‘s “Ain’t It Funny,” taken from his fourth album Atrocity Exhibition, plays throughout the spot.
Business officially picks up in the New Year.
