
Now that the legal issues are behind him, Freddie Gibbs (like the rest of us) is looking to put 2016 behind him and kick off the new year with a bang.
After making his official return with the Harry-Fraud-produced “All Day” last month, Gibbs will close out 2017 with a couple guest spots. First, he joined Curren$y for a banger on Andretti 12/30. And now, he’s assisting Australian electronic group The Avalanches on their new song, “Bad Day.”

As Mass Appeal points out, the above version is apparently a “rough mix” and won’t appear on their new album, Wildflower. The group also had the following to say: “Pos from De La and Spank-Rock are cutting new verses as we speak.” — which could mean we’ll have an updated version of “Bad Day” in the future.
