Anderson .Paak released one of 2016’s best albums, Malibu, at the very beginning of the year. This Sunday, almost a year since Malibu‘s release, .Paak will appear on Pharrell and Scott Vener’s OTHERtone Beats 1 radio show.
In a brief preview of the episode, Vener and Pharrell theorize who it’d be awesome to see .Paak make an album with, including Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard and DJ Quik, who .Paak already said he has songs with.
Vener also told the story of introducing .Paak to Thundercat in the studio, which caused him and Pharrell to bust into an acapella cover of “Them Changes.”
The episode will air at 3 p.m. EST on Sunday.
