Formerly SL Jones, CUZ Lightyear (or, simply, CUZ) has been a close associate of Killer Mike for years. Now, the rapper is accompanying Mike and El-P as a supporting act on their Run The World Tour.
CUZ and Mike have linked up for an aural offering as well, “Pots N Pans.” Heaping praise on the rapper, Killer Mike calls him “the now and the future of ATL” to FADER. “This kid has the soul and melody of Bone Thugs and Nate Dogg, while being witty and lyrically sharp as the young Fabolous, with a work ethic like Master P.”
