After teaming up with Anderson .Paak for one of the best albums of 2016 (NxWorries’ Yes Lawd!), Knxwledge is back to work on the solo tip with the latest installment of his long-running WrapTaypes series.
Launched in 2011, the Philly-bred producer has served up a total of 14 of these bad boys (all, and much more, available via Bandcamp). And today, he’s hitting us with the 15th in WT.PRT10.8 — which finds him adding some sauce to joints like Drake and 21 Savage’s “Sneakin,” O.T. Genasis’ “Push It,” Kur’s “Cut Throat” and more. He even flipped Uncle Murda and Bronx spitter Axel Leon’s Funk Flex freestyles into a pair of smooth ass jams. The man can do it all.
