Since formally reuniting in 2016, The Cool Kids have dropped a pair of well-received songs (“Connect Four,” “Running Man“) and announced a forthcoming and wacky-looking sketch comedy series.
Chuck and Mike return again with “U Are In My System.” A bass-heavy cosmic slop of funk, the track is produced by Dirtybird Records founder Barclay Crenshaw (or, Claude VonStroke) and is found on his Transmission 001 mixtape (which flips Rome Fortune, A Tribe Called Quest, DOOM, and others).
