Last week (Feb. 9th) Jim Jones — who recently signed a management deal with Roc Nation — sat down with Funk Flex for an emotional interview in which he opened up on his deteriorated relationship with former friend Cam’ron.

Killa, like many others, watched the interview, and vowed to respond in his own unique way…

Taking to his Instagram Live account, Cam’ron held a lengthy session at over two hours, where he descriptively told his side of the story. A brief summary:

· Cam detailed their beginnings, saying that he and Jimmy weren’t close friends until they were in their 20s
· Contrary to what Jimmy said, Cam states that he always pushed Jimmy to be a rapper
· Things teetered into “uncomfortable” territory as Cam spoke on Jim’s issues with Love & Hip Hop cast members Mendeecees, Chrissy and Yandy. Mendeecees even called in — from prison — to break down his beef with Jones
· Cam spoke on the events that led to him and Jim falling out, including apparent fake beefs

The whole thing is rather disheartening, and essentially is a sad (and apparent) closing chapter in the storied legacy of The Diplomats. Watch the entire thing below.
