A few days ago, veteran producers Swizz Beatz and Just Blaze took to their respective Instagram accounts to announce their upcoming Battle of the Beatz — with the Ruff Ryders and Roc-A-Fella representatives planning to lock horns in a battle for supremacy.
The event—which was streamed on Instagram Live—also brought out guests such as Alicia Keys, Hot 97’s Ebro and Busta Rhymes, as the two GRAMMY-nominated producers played everything from The LOX to Fat Joe, Jay Electronica and Cam’ron.
They even took it a step further by playing some unreleased tracks—including a burner from Nas, Jay Z, Jadakiss and DMX (yes, you read that right) at the 2:27:00 mark.

UPDATE: According to Just Blaze, the battle actually lasted three hours. The above clip only features the final two. Blaze also mentioned official footage would be released soon.
Until then, Tidal just put up an epic playlist that featured bangers from both producers.
And since I don’t have Tidal, and I’m sure many others don’t, I recreated the playlist on Apple Music. A few Jay Z joints are absent for obvious reasons, but that’s about it.
