I don’t know if there was a single soul that saw a headline like “Raekwon and G-Eazy Team for ‘Purple Brick Road‘” and expected it to be any sort of good. But hey, even some at the DopeHouse were proven wrong.
Rae’s reflective The Wild single has now gotten a video, which finds him in a mansion in the Hollywood Hills overlooking Los Angeles before he sets out to make moves on the “purple brick road” with Gerald surrounded by product placements and women vaping.
“As we journey down ‘Purple Brick Road,’ G and I collide signature styles that represents glory at the highest levels on the road to success. Come walk with me,” The Chef told Complex, who premiered the video, which, alright then.
