On Friday, Thundercat had a show celebrating the release of his album, Drunk. Plenty of friends showed up, including Dave Chappelle, Hannibal Buress and Flying Lotus. Thundercat, Buress and Flying Lotus have been intertwined in creating content for years from music to Buress’ show, and they finally all sat down to talk on Buress’ Handsome Rambler podcast.
Flying Lotus stopped by the show first, and he, Buress and Buress’ tour DJ Tony Trim talked about Lotus’ warped and twisted Kuso film, from its initial creative stages to the process of making it. Thundercat eventually joined the conversation, which led to creativity and Drunk.
