Dave Chappelle Talks Netflix, Happiness & More In ‘CBS This Morning’ Interview

blame it on Meka March 20, 2017

The most anticipated return in March is not Spring, it’s Dave Chappelle.

With two Netflix specials (of a planned trio) arriving this week (March 21st), the comedian gave a rare interview to Gayle King on CBS This Morning.

Throughout the interview he spoke on his infamous decision to leave his eponymous show on Comedy Central (he misses the show, but he also likens it to a crazy ex-girlfriend), reveals that he continued to work behind-the-scenes on things following his departure, and how he was able to get his life back in order. He also speaks on the Netflix deal (read: it’s worth more than his Comedy Central one), his thoughts on Key & Peele, and more.

Attending one of Dave’s Juke Joint events is now on my bucket list, too. Watch extended clips, where he speaks on his grandfather, Prince and more, below.
