Rick Ross Talks Losing Weight To Save His Life On ‘Dr. Oz’

Back in 2011, Rick Ross had suffered a pair of seizures in the same day, prompting Ross to take better care of himself. He’s since lost over 100 pounds and looks physically better than he ever did before.

Ross will be a special guest on the eponymous show of health expert Dr. Mehmet Oz tomorrow (April 6th), where he speaks on his life-saving decision as well as his infamous “RossFit” workout plan.


Ross recently sat down with Dr. Oz for a Facebook Live chat, where the two played an eating game called “Rather You Than Me.” In it, Oz introduced Ross to some foods he’d actually never tried before, such as prickly pears, star fruit and nutritional yeast.
