Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE” Soundtracks NBA Playoffs on ESPN

Not that it really needed the extra push, but Kendrick Lamar’s latest massive single, “HUMBLE” is about to be propelled farther into the stratosphere, thanks to ESPN adopting it as its official theme song for this year’s NBA Playoffs.

The lead single off of Kung Fu Kenny’s fourth studio album, DAMN. has already made its debut at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 (and the first rap song to debut on the Hot 100 charts since Eminem’s “Not Afraid”), and according to HDD, has already surpassed Future’s “Mask Off” and Drake’s “Passionfruit” with over 26M streams.

With the extra boost from the NBA Playoffs exposure, there’s a very good chance that K. Dot’s Mike Will Made It-produced single will knock Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” off the top spot on the Hot 100.

With the playoffs’ first game—the Pacers versus the Cavs—now underway, watch the official promo below.
