With the second and final weekend of Coachella happening this weekend (April 21-23), Kendrick Lamar is once again slated to close out the festival on its final day. And following a performance in which he was joined by the likes of Travi$ Scott, Future and ScHoolboy Q, fans are undoubtedly excited to see what he will do this go’round.
Before he actually took the stage last week K. Dot unveiled an introductory video, The Damn Legend of Kung Fu Kenny. Culling from the martial arts films of the past, Barry Gordy’s The Last Dragon, and even Don Cheadle’s character in Rush Hour 2 (a role in which the actor has fully re-embraced), the clip plays shortly before Kendrick opened up his show with “DNA.”
