Gorillaz – “The Apprentice”

blame it on Patrick Glynn April 24, 2017

With the Gorillaz’s first album in seven years, Humanz, dropping this Friday, they share a final song—”The Apprentice” with Rag‘n’Bone Man, Zebra Katz and RAY BLK—before the 26-track album officially gets released to the world.

The song was premiered on BBC Radio 1 by MistaJam, who interviewed virtual characters 2D and Murdoc live last week. It’s the seventh single from the album following “Hallelujah Money,” “Let Me Out” with Pusha T and the four singles released at once with D.R.A.M., Vince Staples and others. It’s also one of the six bonus songs set to be released with the album.

Check out “The Apprentice” below and pre-order Humanz on iTunes.
