Divine Council — the quartet of Cyrax, Lord Linco, $ILKMONEY and ICYTWAT — first caught the attention of the DopeHouse wit “Decemba (Remix),” which featured a verse from André 3000. The Council has since signed to Epic Records, and have now released their latest mixtape DB$B.
A 12-track effort, the project is led by the previous release “Dirtbags In Distress.” Eschewing all features, the group goes it alone throughout the mixtape, hoping to leave their own indelible mark in music.
